Hi, I've just tried kernel v.4.4.164 and I'm writing this after a resume
from standby successfully: the keyboard is active and it works.

Can you try kernel v4.4? It's a regression if it works under old kernel.

v4.20 kernel[0].

1) on resume from suspend the keyboard is not working. I can log in using
virtual keyboard, but then the keyboard is disalbled yet.
2) the function key to disable the touch pad doesn't work.
