I have a Dell Precision 5520. I just updated my bios and updated Ubuntu to 18.10 from 18.04 and ran into hard CPU throttling. I uninstalled thermald and everything is fine. Not sure if it would be better to blacklist kidle_inject as suggested here instead though. -- You received this bug
