Just ran the command. Not all logs are collected but there were a bunch

Sorry, I just read comment #3 and realized I wasn't very clear. Please
make sure you've reproduced the issue on your system before running
apport-collect to ensure that logs will contain any information relevant
to your issue.

Sorry I don't know how to categorize it into a firmware issue or package.
Checked the links (Read our guide or take a tour) but didn't find a clue.
But I should have mentioned it happened on a DELL XPS 8700 but not on any other
computers like ThinkCentre M92P or Dell OptiPlex 7060 I've b
Do you have a reason to think this is a firmware issue? Otherwise the
bug should probably be against the linux package.
