It appears the kernel can't detect any Bluetooth adapter plugged into
the USB bus.
This might be a hardware fault, or it might be a kernel (USB) bug.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, this same Asus Laptop had Linux Mint 18
installed, and with some effort of installing blueman it was possible to
connect a wireless bluetooth mouse. But I'm still unsure if that was the
same laptop. That's why I contacted the Asus support and provided Laptop

and they gave me this short answer via email, after few days: "Yes,
there is BLUETOOTH 2.1 BCM2070 MODULE."

Indeed, the attached file RfKill.txt shows the kernel doesn't support
the Bluetooth chip, or doesn't know it exists.
Actually I can't see any information suggesting even an unsupported chip
is detected. How do you know a BCM2070 is installed?
