We do see this failing on recent ADT testing on PowerPC with Focal
kernel in this cycle (didn't see this anywhere else), re-open this bug
to get it fixed in the right way.

Actually, this bug does not reproduce on everyrun. In order to validate
you'll have to run the test a few times. Moreover, seems that ZZ lpars
are easier to reproduce this.
