same here. XFCE's the culprit. XFCE has weird bug with returning from sleep (suspend) and it breaks the nvidia driver. i have a resolution issue after screen is locked (drops to 800x600). So apparently it also applies to automatic lock screen. When I log back in the resolution changeds back to no
