Booting mainline kernel did not help. Then I added the kernel parameters
for it.

Was the log collected with suspend attempts?
Can you please boot with kernel parameter "usbcore.dyndbg
log_buf_len=16M", reproduce the issue and attach `journalctl -b -1 -k`?
