Why I believe this is a bug, is due to using putty there were no issues.
So ssh client is causing the issue. For fixing reducing the MTU of VPN

This is an issue with VPN MTU configuration. May I know the root cause
why this is causing the issue? After adjusted the MTU , this is fixed.
