After installing updates EFI boot order's changed - Ubuntu now the first (previously Windows was the first). And now when booting Ubuntu recognizes all available memory (both 5.8 and 5.4 kernels). When I boot Windows as second in EFI boot order - Windows shows only 1.7 Gb available memory. So It
