Wifi card.
And even the bug 1521173 present, do you still see this message with your
newest version of Ubuntu (what's the release and the kernel version?)

2. I just put the computer to sleep a few times and then use the wifi to
download a big file (like a Fedora iso), and that usually repros. However, it
will repro on it's own eventually.
