Weirdly the same wifi dongle from this bug, works on 5.4.0-58 on another
laptop with 20.04.1

5.4.0-58 networking worked there like a charm

and now it works by default, must have been a faulty spinner, fix released it

seems like its not solved after all, i keep having troubles on kernel 5.4.0-58
and when booting 5.4.0-42 networking its all working again
on gnome settings i get an oops! something went wrong blank page on both
wifi + network

i think ive got similar symptons as in bug:
