it show that this bug is in an incomplete state, I was one of the people how discovered it, let me know how I can help. I can provide diagnostics, whatever might be missing if needed to narrow it down. I am seeing this issue with latest LTS version (20.04.2), and primarily usign the Yaru theme.

I updated to the latest OEM kernel 5.6.0-1050-oem from 5.6.0-1035-oem and the latest nvidia 460 from 455 and the issue appears to be resolved as I can no longer reproduce the issue. I will ask the end user to also upgrade and retest to see if the stock image which it appears he is using can als
