unexpected error
It seems still an issue if a user installed Focal by 20.04.1 before then
he buy and then plug-in a new Nvidia card to his PC then install nvidia
driver. The user will still get this error.
The version(2.0.4) of fixed apt not in focal-security, so user not
updated apt manually will still get the
Marking the packaging tags as invalid, as the bug is fixed in apt 2.0.4
which is in the 20.04.2 images. This bug was tracked as bug 1871268 back
when it was being fixed.

For completeness, apt pkg versions in focal are
focal: 2.0.2
focal-security: 2.0.2ubuntu0.2
focal-update 2.0.5
If 2.0.2ubuntu0.2 can cover this, then we are all clear, since it will
be upgraded by unattended upgrade.

Full reproduce step
1. nvidia-driver-455 455.45.01-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 is installed in the first
place, without all i386 pkg installed.
2. run
the real issue is: with such an error, the update-manager won't run any deb
upgrade.
However, using the command line, it just shows extra error there, and the
result is all fine.
