This was more added for the reason of completeness,
since it became upstream accepted with 5.10 and we are on final kernel target
level 5.11,
hence I can be set to Fix Released right away.

Title:
[21.04 FEAT] SCLP extended length SCCBs

Status in Ubuntu on IBM z Systems:
  Fix Released
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Make use of SCLP's "extended-length-SCCB facility" for READ SCP INFO (FORCED)
and READ CPU INFORMATION. The current limitation to 4k SCCB might cause issues
for future machines with many CPUs.
For such machines with ~240 CPUs the information for all CPUs cannot be
provided within the response of READ CPU INFORMATION. To avoid this problem
make use of extended length SCCBs.

  Available with kernel 5.10.
Therefore upstream integrated with Ubuntu 21.04
