This seems to be a an issue on 5.19 aswell jonathan's workaround works
but doing that after every kernel upgrade, including within 5.15 is
cumbersome.
I have filed a separate bug report for 5.19 with ubuntu-bug linux,
feedback if there's any additional information i can provide is
appreciated
So
ProblemType: Bug
ApportVersion: 2.20.11-0ubuntu82.1
Architecture: amd64
AudioDevicesInUse: Error: command ['fuser', '-v', '/dev/snd/by-path',
'/dev/snd/controlC0', '/dev/snd/hwC0D0', '/dev/snd/hwC0D2',
'/dev/snd/pcmC0D5p', '/dev/snd/pcmC0D4p', '/dev/snd/pcmC0D3p',
'/dev/snd/pcmC0D1c',
For me. it still doesn't work.
In my computer it uses iwlwifi-so-a0-hr-b0-64.ucode.
But not -so-jf* as mentioned in answer.
I tried in Fedora and it works, looks it's still kernel problem.
I use AX-201 too, computer is HP-OMEN-45L

For people who believe they're seeing this issue with the -66 firmware,
please provide logs by running 'apport-collect 1966793' after the
problem occurred (obviously with the -66 firmware and latest 5.15
kernel).
Reverting back to an older version if OK as a workaround but not a long
term

scrabjon's solution worked for me as well. HP Probook 440g8 user here.
Like mehstar, my wifi was also getting enabled, but not able to scan for
networks. In my case there were 3 files that needed to be deleted via
terminal - v59, v63, and v66.

I haven't seen a posted workaround for this anywhere so here is what I
found to work on both v20.04 and v22.04:
For those loading iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-jf-b0-XX.ucode, use the 55 version as
shown:
/lib/iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-jf-b0-55.ucode
I just moved all newer firmware that are higher than 55 out of the
