After resuming my suspended PC, the wifi becomes unresponsive. The only
way to get it working again is to do a full reboot. I'm using Ubuntu
22.04 LTS Jammy and my wifi card is:

MEDIATEK Corp. MT7921K (RZ608) Wi-Fi 6E 80MHz using `mt7921e` driver.
