Mobile Broadband switches on and off and Modem Details in Settings are still
unknown.

I wrote incorrectly before.
Modem is recognised after suspend (Settings > Mobile Network > Modem Details
>>> Device Details is populated correctly), but Modem Status in Modem Details
window shows Carrier (nothing), Network Type: unknown, Signal Strenght: 0%,
Network Status: Unknown) - that is
Further to comment #2, I'm changing the status to 'Confirmed' as per the
request in that comment
