For Mantic, we currently do not have sponsors that could upload, but I
certainly can review the debdiff and give you some feedback/request
changes before reaching out to another sponsor/uploader, to hopefully
make their life easier.
The attachment "lp2024479_focal.debdiff" seems to be a debdiff. The
ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they
can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. If the attachment isn't a
