process
Status in linux

renewed. This show
Still not fixed in 16.04. On a fresh boot I get an autoconfigured IPv6
address despite net.ipv6.conf.all.autoconf being set to 0 in
sysctl.conf.

static in /etc/network/interfaces - but I have to do this on every
single VM I create
Is this going to be fixed in 16.04?

Christopher M. Penalver, no: the commands above completely disables all
my IPv6 addresses.
I need to keep manually assigned ones.

objective:
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
