Okay, I’ve had a look at this and updated the bug. It’s a rather curious issue and I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it’s root cause is a regression in El Capitan (it is a beta after all). The issue is definitely caused by a change in behavior in NSWindow, but it’s pure speculation
