INSTALL.txt in the source only listed about half of the dependencies, so I went ahead and added all of the dependencies I could find in CMakeLists.txt. Let me know if I missed anything. I also added a sentence about supported compilers (gcc for linux and windows, clang on OS X). Pretty much verbat
