It would be useful to have more than one thickness of pen available
for plotting. It would speed things up considerably and wear out fine
pens less quickly especially when plotting very thick traces or zones.

I have closed down the kicad document translation group as of yesterday.
I have a local copy of all the files from that group.
I have been unable to upload them here as the files are too big or the
connection to slow (I keep getting timeouts).
