[kicad-users] pcbnew - Reuse Layout?

I have some designs where a chunk of the board remains the same between revisions, but I find myself redoing the pcbnew layout each time. It would be good to avoid that if possible. Is there any way for pcbnew to reuse layouts? Maybe there's another solution? Thanks, -Dave
