Renie and others, thank you for your answers. I played around a bit and managed to get things right. Even edited the .net file a bit. My drawing for the potmeters indicated 1,2 & 3 as the intended footprint showed A,B & C. After changing the footprint I got what I wanted. The main thing as a be

Hi Jos, You need indicate which footprint PcbNew use for each component, this is made in Cvpcb. The ruler is first Eeschema, second Cvpcb after, PcbNew. []'s Renie
