I encountered this yesterday in the investments tab. I then entered the stock
name in the ledger editor and it prompted me to create it using the same dialog
used in the investment tab and that worked so you should be

While the ccmake discussion is interesting I think it's clear that kbanking
is not working becasue I do not have gwenhywfar-qt5 installed.
Since I already compile libalkimia and kchart from source before compiling
KMM I guess I can add gwenhywfar to my list. I will hold off on that until

You won't find gwenhywfar-qt5 in Fedora 27, but it's not hard to compile it
yourself.

dependencies missing (which will be included in the upcoming f28 release).

That's great. Will F28 include kchart and libalkimia also?
There's no rush. I have been patiently waiting for the dust to settle
around the KF5 version which should be even more stable when F28 is
released.
