I can confirm that running KmyMoney with the -n option does allow the program
to run, load an existing file and save it after modification.

Install the xfce pattern, you can do that in YaST->Software Management,
View->Patterns, or run "sudo zypper in -t pattern xfce".

I might be wrong) is ofx importer proposes a different account when is
present or not:
