Thanks for the quick response. Here are a few points to clarify.
Category for the fee is tax and is in currency A
I assume this is why the fee is then rightly converted in currency A

I would also suggest changing the subject of these emails, since this is
no longer about finding the code. However, in this case, it makes sense
just to change the subject when replying, since keeping all the message
together in one thread (for those who use threaded email readers) makes

This seems to be a problem that occurs when using KMyMoney on Wayland.
Other than that I do not have enough knowledge to help diagnose this. I
have the code for KMyMoney and can offer to help track it down but I
have not idea where this issue would show itself. Any pointers would be
awesome!.
