Hi Ralf,
Unfortunately I am still not getting online quotes. I'm using the test file you
previously attached and have attached the full cmd trace file. Am I definately
running the same version as you - mine is:

Fixing this in the 5.1 branch requires more work, as the option currently is
only evaluated once at application start and the logic differs very much from
the master version.
