Don't fix an application if it is not broken. This OFX import was working
properly before.
I have no problem with introducing a new build system, but TEST, TEST, TEST !

First, on startup (multiple times) I get a pop-up: Unable to enter

There appears to be another issue with OFX importer under Windows, but
unrelated to this one.
