Paolo - Just saying "DOES NOT WORK" doesn't provide ANY USEFUL INFORMATION.  Nobody can help you if you don't provide some real information.  How have you tried to reset your password and what error messages have you gotten?  I know it's frustrating when things don't work as you expect them to,
