[kmymoney] [Bug 489417] Delete Subcategory Greyed out

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=489417 --- Comment #2 from bnbu...@gmail.com --- There are no trsnsactions for category and nothing scheduled. Even if was should be able to prompt to move if wasn't greyed out. Some say if delete parent subcategories will be moved to parent. I will try that
