issue with reconciliation progress bar

Several times over the past few days, when I reconcil, instead of the reconcile bar actually progrssing from 0 to 100 and then disappearing, it shows up and just stays there. These seem to be cases where the actual reconciliation is completed within one second or so. There is no button
