Before I upgrade, I just wanted to add this:
1. I ran KMM from the console: it prints matching info in the terminal.
Every time a match is found, two false matches are listed and one or zero

I think I see the problem. We were both working for the same employer (I quit
in the mean time but still have the 401K account). The wizard showed only one
account with a number. It turns out this is the employer account

Allan: No. I do not have a " " Payee, and the payee to which it matches all
unknown (new) payees are "IBERIA" in one kmm file and "SUNOCO 0498589
WORCESTERM" in another kmm file. Also, this is OFX, not CSV, although

Jack: Yes, I did think of that. *All* new payees are matched to the same
existing one. That would require a universal wildcard expression in the

dividend or interest payment, it should not be entered as such. If the fee is

Right, but I'd expect to see a difference between the two. I noticed my wife's
account had an account number 1 assigned and mine a 2 [edit account,
institution tab). That's not what I saw in the list.

You probably overlooked something. I waited for way more than 30 seconds. It
hangs indefinitely. I no longer use Finance::Quote, and have not had the
problem anymore. I also switched to KMM 4.6.4.
