Make sure you are looking at Citi Cards. The last error I saw was 2015, there were a couple in 2014 and there were a bunch in 2013. I don't see any recent errors. Not sure why since the URL does not return anything. Not sure what they are checking. It's a permission error, not sure if it's HTTP(s)
