I downgraded the version back to Stable Windows version 5.0.6
Interestingly, the account map menu has two options which are not available in
the current master release (OFX Importer
Just a minor issue, but are you using a ClientUID? I'm pretty sure
Chase requires one. I've been retrieving credit card transactions from
Chase for years.

character Client UID that I think I generated myself (all HEX).
