Hello, We have an immediate need for a Contractor VMware LabManager Administrator and Designer. This position contract only for a period of at least an initial 6 month: $40/hr on 1099 or C2C
Requirements: * 2+ years of hands-on LabManager experience supporting sophisticated mission critical environments * Proven Administration experience of LabManager 3.5 & LabManager 4.0 * Solid Migration experience from LabManager 3.5 to LabManager 4.0 * Solid Experience with vCenter 3.5 , vSphere 4 ,ESX 3.5 ,ESX 4.0 and other VMware Products * Solid understanding of RHEL Virtual Machines, performance tunning & LVM * Experience with various flavors of Linux OS * Solid Understanding of SAN Technologies related to VMware Infrastructure * Good Troubleshooting Experience related to performance monitoring and performance tuning for LabManager Managed Linux VMs * Experience with Windows 2003 ,2008 Enterprise and SQL server Database * Basic experience with Networking & TCP/IP * Basic Understanding of Linux BASH Shell & Windows PowerShell Scripting for automation * Good Understanding of Various Server Hardware, Troubleshooting Hardware issues and responding to the alerts in a timely manner, coordinating with Development Teams and Hardware Vendors to respond to the issues * Good Customer Interaction Skills.
