Ø Heavy project testing interfacing, reviewing and documenting Test Plan, generating test cases, test reporting, test automation, test capacity and testing resource management and quality metrics. Ø Works heavily with Development, Application Support and Release management for implementation readiness and post implementation quality analysis. Ø Acts as functional and technical expert for at least one SAP Module. Manage process and validate quality of deliverables produced by their team. Ø Create and support standards, processes, and procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team and work effectively with other teams. Ø Ensure coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within the Manager's area of responsibility. Ø Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables.
