Inperson needed after phone Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Sr. Programmer Analyst for our eCommerce division in our LaVergne, TN facility. This position is responsible for creating and testing computer programs for new systems requests and/or modifications to existing programs in the eCommerce applications of Ingram order entry systems. May require working as part of a cross functional team either in a lead or support role as well as independently. Expertise with JAVA JBOSS Linux, ASP .NET C# on IIS and JAVA on AS400 OS, QSH. Responsibilities include developing JAVA Rest based web services on JBOSS, ASP .NET web services in C#, Websphere MQ, and database administration in MySql. Support of stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Ability to learn Convergys Edify IVR programming environment and support. Ability to thrive in a time-critical, results oriented environment is essential. Utilizes strong oral and written communication skills to interact with business systems users in order to interpret high-level user requirements, issues, concerns, etc. On-call support of applications during business and non-business hours is required.
