The program comprises multiple acquisition, divestiture and joint venture projects, some of which are announced and some highly confidential. The early stages of each project are usually confidential and typically require a period of due diligence data gathering for a specific country or asset followed by a need to project manage the IT deliverables required to complete the deal. For a divestment, these would be related to the separation of the entity from the business. For an acquisition, these would be related to the integration of the entity into the business. *Roles and Responsibilities:* Business Analyst to assist with scoping of ERP solutions for above situations Domestic Travel Required: 10% International Travel Required: 10% Travel Details: Validate ERP solutions and transition planning *Skill Name Competency* Business Analysis (BA) Required/Advanced Knowledge Oil Products Supply (OIL) Required/Training Only SAP-FI-Accounts Payable Required/Training Only SAP-FI-Accounts Receivable Required/Training Only SAP-Interfaces-Functional Required/Basic Knowledge ABAP/4-Development Required/Basic Knowledge SAP-SD-Billing & Invoicing Required/Advanced Knowledge SAP-SD-Shipping & Delivery Required/Basic Knowledge SAP-SD-Pricing Required/Basic Knowledge Communications-Written (PC) Required/Advanced Knowledge Data Analysis Required/Basic Knowledge Communications-Verbal (PC) Required/Advanced Knowledge ** Strong requirements gathering skill * * Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, Financials (FICO), and/or Materials Management * Experienced with SAP technical solutions including upgrades and interfaces * Experience with delivery through 3rd party IT suppliers. * Knowledge of the GSAP configuration. *Soft Skills and Experience:* * Knowledge of the SAP ERP Applications portfolio in manufacturing, supply and distribution are highly desirable. * Previous experience with other business portfolio projects would be beneficial although not mandatory * Clear communicator * Skills in working in multicultural situations -- Surya 214-778-5497 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
