*Role : QA Tester * Location: Roanoke, Virginia Duration: 6 months *Description:* The Consultant will be expected to engage with the Development teams to document the architecture of the team’s products, including software functionality (SAD), integration points and platforms. Work in conjunction with senior PAs to establish a roadmap for the applications including new platforms, distributed/centralized approaches etc. Implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process. Assist with the development of the team’s policies, procedures, and tools. Engage in projects in the following phase(s): Collaborate with the PM to understand requirements of code functionality. Translate requirements to code, including exception handling, status alerting etc. Include performance considerations throughout coding effort. Include security compliance considerations throughout coding effort. Maintain an updated repository of reference documents to support project work. Lead discussions, present solutions and strategies to peers, Project Managers and Resource Managers. Participate in on-call support work as required by the business.
