dependencies manually and installed these one by one but this turned out

Actually I mean to say that how do I install koha when the system is not
connected on Internet. I can download Apache, Mysql, Perl & Koha from
another place, but the system where I want to install koha, there is no
Internet connection. Can it possible?

Is the access via a proxy, like for remote access? 8080 is a
non-privileged
port so assuming permissions are ok in the OS, Apache and the database
for the concerned staff category, perhaps its the ACL in the proxy?
ACL specs may have changed in 3.4.5.

If you use GNU/Linux or a similar system on the desktop, there are
"dead keys" which you can type to put an accent on the following
character: AltGr and ; puts an acute over the next letter, for
