While import Chinese(Taiwan) 3 po files, the Staff interface is in
Chinese(Taiwan), but OPAC does not work.
Could some one help, please.

There is one question about Chinese language code.
Can I suggest using
zh-Hant-TW
for Chinese written using the Traditional Chinese script at Taiwan.
