Thanks for your help.
I've installed Debian Squeeze as per Arslan's recommendation.
Unfortunately as part of the installation process, the Windows installation
was wiped. This doesn't worry me, except that now the CD ROM drive does
not read in Linux, which means that I can't install
I am using debian 6.0.5
i want to install koha 3.6.x in it
after adding the line deb http://apt.cpbibliography.com/koha 3.6.x
in the file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list
and add key wget -O- http://apt.cpbibliography.com/koha/gpg.asc | apt-key add -
it works fine and key is added
but when i run

Try changing 3.6.x to 3.6.5
Show us your /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list file.

Thanks, I looked in 'local use' but didn't see any options for changing
global due dates. I'm at Koha 3.8 now, but set the global due date when I
had 3.4 running.
Do you have a sample sql statement that I can use to update the database
directly?

is your zebra daemon running?
Apparently you have rebuild the index correclty, but if your zebra daemon
is not running, your search will find nothing.
