The famfamfam is wrongly placed in ubuntu package installation or the links
given in concern file is wrong to display item type icon while using default
xslt style sheet, the famfamfam directory should be in prog directory of opac
to display item icon, but at present it is in lib

Yes. You cam scan the barcode directly from the label and it is placed into
the database. And yes, that barcode is what Koha uses for issuance return and
stock taking.
