We have a clear vote of roughly 3:1. There are some duplicate votes
on both sides which I will consider software or server errors :P and

This hasn't worked well for various reasons. The Fast Add framework is
lacking in critical fields. I've added a few, but there are still more
that we need.
If this is for a fast add and you're going to update the record later,
why do you need more fields? Is the completeness of the record the
Congratulations to Córdoba, Argentina!
@Mirko. Just wondering. Are the duplicate votes you are talking about based on
IP or email?

Critical fields are missing so that if the book is returned and
reshelved, the staff might not be able to find it again using the fast
add record in Koha (our shelving system is Byzantine at best, and made
worse by current building works).
It's not just completeness of data, but keeping track of
Yay - congratulations Argentina.
When we made the Koha back in the day, we watched the downloads start as the
sun tracked around the globe; from memory I believe Argentina was the first
country outside of NZ to get Koha up and running :)
