You don't say which version you are using and I am not a UNIMARC person (there are some mentions in Koha documentation; it seems 995 was used for UNIMARC in Koha up to version 3.2 -- now it is declared as "Recommendation 995 [Local, Unimarc France]" and there might be a specific "French UNIMARC
