I'm running 3.18 and have a problem with my label creator incorrectly splitting call numbers. I'm using the Reference collection code and adding REF to the head of each call number for the items. Call numbers are populated by the data in the 050 field. Not all the call numbers on the label, but

You can use Tools and Batch Item Deletion. You just scan your barcodes (or copy/paste). There is a button at the bottom of the list you can check if you want to delete records if no items remain. If you are doing it just one record at a time if you go to the edit button on the record and i
