I am migrating Koha from one server to another.
On the old server,
I run # koha-dump library
I got two dump files for the database and the configuration
On the new server,
I run # koha-restore sqldumpfile configdumpfile
I see that on the new server, I have the new instance folders in the
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-

I'm haing some problems with some CGI, notably with Advanced Search.
I'm using nginx proxying because I have Koha on a server with all webs
hosted using nginx, so I've configured Apache to listen on 65000 and
65001 and configured nginx

I did this on one of our servers last night. Everything came back
As Indranil says I've seen this happen when Koha is running at a newer version
on the destination server than the source server. I usually fix it by
manually executing the DB upgrade script. So in your example on the
destination server run:
koha-upgrade-schema library
