Hello For our Koha library software, we installed koha SIP2 tool for RFID. In SIPconfig, we configured encode=utf-8 for Turkish characters "ş,ı,ü" etc. It works well at the beggining. However we hear from our customers. In logs, we see result messages of sip2 with errornous characters after config
