And whatever you do, do it on a test system first. When I was installing Koha,
on my own, without a provider, I just kept wiping the disk and reinstalling
everything until I got it right. It took a while, mostly because I didn't know
what I was doing, but I learned a lot.

I agree with others, the way forward is to install Virtual Box onto
windows, create a virtual machine and install Debian Linux onto it, then
install Koha onto Debian following the instructions at
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_Debian

Koha does not run on windows. Install a virtual machine on your windows
box and install Debian or Ubuntu in the VM.
Have you considered purchasing a Linux VM from a cloud provider? There
are many options, some at very low cost.
Or subscribe to a Koha cloud service. There are at least two provider
